To use this website and book services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or have written consent from a parent/guardian if under 18.

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

By using the site or booking a session, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations

Bookings

  • Sessions and programs are booked through our online booking system or by direct contact.

  • Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message.
     

Payments

  • Payment is typically required at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
 

  • We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule:

    • Please provide at least 24 hours notice.

    • Changes made within this timeframe can usually be moved to a new date.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full or may result in a partial refund/credit, at our discretion.

  • If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and offer an alternative time or a refund.

4. Results and Personal Responsibility

  • Experiences and outcomes vary from person to person. We cannot guarantee specific results, shifts, or changes.

  • By choosing to participate, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well‑being, decisions, and actions during and after sessions.

  • If you have a history of mental health challenges or trauma, please ensure you have appropriate professional and personal support in place.

5. Confidentiality

  • We respect your privacy and treat what you share in sessions with care and discretion.

  • We do not disclose personal information shared in sessions except:

    • With your consent;

    • If required by law; or

    • If there is a serious concern for your safety or the safety of others.

  • Please note that email, messaging, and online sessions take place over third‑party platforms, which may have their own security limitations.
