At Quantum Soul Healing, sessions are reserved especially for you. This policy helps honour both your time and ours with clear, gentle boundaries.

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the appointment time.

  • Changes made within this window can be moved to a new date at no extra cost, subject to availability.

2. Late Cancellations and No‑Shows

Because session times are held specifically for you:

  • Late cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be charged in full or converted to a partial credit, at our discretion.

  • No‑shows (not attending your session and not contacting us) are usually charged in fulland are not eligible for a refund.

If there is an emergency or serious circumstance, please reach out — we will review on a case‑by‑case basis.

3. Refunds for Single Sessions

  • If you cancel within the allowed window (e.g., more than 24 hours in advance), you may choose either:

    • A full refund to your original payment method, or

    • A credit applied to a future session.

  • Refunds are typically processed within [1–10] business days, depending on your payment provider.

4. Refunds for Packages and Programs

  • For multi‑session packages (4‑session journeys, 12‑week programs):

  • If you wish to withdraw before the first session, you may receive a full refund, minus any transaction fees charged by the payment processor (if applicable).

  • If you withdraw after the program has begun, refunds are generally not provided for completed or missed sessions.

  • In some cases, remaining sessions may be:

    • Rescheduled within a set timeframe, or

    • Converted to a credit for other services, at our discretion.

  • We are happy to discuss what feels fair and supportive if your circumstances change.

5. Cancellations by the Practitioner

  • If we need to cancel or reschedule your session due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will be offered the option to reschedule to a new time.

  • If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund for that session or program payment related to the missed appointment.

6. Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late to a session, the session may still need to end at the scheduled time to honour subsequent bookings.

  • Late arrival does not usually extend the session or change the fee.
